SWEP yet again was not called for Thursday 23rd February when according to the met office the temperature dropped to -2 celsius. Friday 24th February when the temperature dropped to -2 celsius. Saturday 25th February again -2 celsius and finally last night when it was so cold we couldn't sleep it was -3 celsius according to the met office. The Met Office is how you judge whether to call SWEP I have been reliably informed but the Met Office is only wise after the event when guessing temperatures. They said it would be 2 celsius last night when it was -3. The Met Office side with higher temperature over lower for the sake of their jobs and always will. They are never wrong when they inevitably always adjust down but too late for the rough sleepers out there throughout the country.
