After the property above flooded through to my property beneath i needed 3 rooms ceilings replastered and decorated. Concept got to work straight away arranging with the building managemnt company to get the work done, they were very proactive and kept me informed at all stages. Once the insurance had been sorted out the plastering an decorating was done promtly and to a high standard. I would recommend using concept as they took the hassle out of an already stressful situation.
