    I have eaten at Fusion Brasserie on a number of occassions, both as a social customer and as a meeting place for my company.I cannot fault the service provided and the welcome received upon arrival. The staff are attentive and professional. The food,locally sourced as far as possible, is freshly cooked to order. A Wide and varied choice of menus means Fusion Brasserie is an ideal place to eat any time of day or evening.An extensive range of Wines/beers etcSofas provide a relaxing area for drinks and tapas and there is also a more formal dining area.
