Shouted at by staff!!
Went to look at shoes for my daughter. Staff saw us enter shop but didn't acknowledge us until my husband tried measuring our children's feet. The owner came hurtling up the shop, shouting "No, No, No,, you must NOT do it like that!" Didn't make us feel very welcome as customers. Difficult to park anywhere near and wouldn't bother going again to be served by a staff member with an obvious dislike for customers!
