Malvern Rebore reconditioned my engine early last year (2008). At the time it only lasted 2 months before the cracks started to appear in a generally shoddy job - they had fitted part of the engine wrong and no oil was getting to the crank shaft, so it shattered at high speed on the motorway. This time, less than 8000 miles later I'm told the engine has to come out again for a new oil seal which should have been changed when they refurbed the engine. Malvern rebore are refusing to take responsibility saying it's normal for these engines - normal to have to have the engine pulled out every 18 months! I don't think so.
